Project Partners
Through a five-year cooperative agreement with ACL, The Link Center is led by four national associations whose state and professional members are essential to systems change in this arena, with additional partners who represent researchers and self-advocates.

The Link Center Partnership
Funded by the Administration for Community Living (ACL), The Link Center is operated through a partnership among:
- National Association of State Directors of Developmental Disabilities Services (NASDDDS)
- National Association of State Mental Health Program Directors (NASMHPD)
- NADD (An association for people with I/DD and co-occurring mental health conditions)
- National Association of State Head Injury Administrators (NASHIA)
In addition, The Link Center partners with:
